Itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to Iceland
Upon your arrival at Keflavík International Airport, nestled in the southwest corner of Iceland, your journey begins. After swiftly gathering your belongings, our dedicated guide awaits you, bearing a sign with your name.
Travel to Thingvellir National Park
After about 1 hour of driving out of the city, you will have reached Thingvellir national park. Besides being a natural wonder, it is also the site where the world’s longest continuously run parliament was founded and still running some good 1.000 years later, but now as Althingi in Reykjavik. Thingvellir is also a site of geological wonders, as it lies in a rift valley that marks the crest of the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. You can clearly see the rift and how the movement of the tectonic plates pulls the island apart, approximately 2,5 cm every year.
Discover the highlands in comfort
Traveling through the highlands unveils the enchanting essence of the Kerlingarfjöll Mountains. Here, amidst rocky expanses, a unique silence reigns, compelling travelers to pause and absorb the serene surroundings. Prepare for an immersive exploration of Iceland's untamed wilderness, where adaptability and awareness are essential for a fulfilling adventure through the Kerlingarfjöll Mountains.
Day 2

During the summer season, embrace the freedom of the open trails with an e-bike rental, allowing you to effortlessly traverse the highlands and discover hidden gems along the way.
Whether you choose to wander at your own pace or partake in guided excursions, Kerlingarfjöll mountains promises an unforgettable highland adventure, where every moment is infused with the magic of Iceland's rugged wilderness.
Day 3
Gullfoss Waterfall
Gullfoss, often referred to as the "Golden Falls," is one of Iceland's most iconic and breathtaking natural wonders. This majestic waterfall is located in the canyon of the Hvítá river in southwest Iceland, forming part of the Golden Circle tourist route. Gullfoss is renowned for its awe-inspiring beauty as it cascades in two tiers, plummeting into a deep gorge with tremendous force. Visitors are captivated by the sheer power and grandeur of the waterfall. The surrounding landscape adds to the spectacle, with rugged cliffs and dramatic rock formations framing the roaring waters.
Geysir Hot Springs
Geysir Hot Spring and the geothermal area, located on the edge of the Southwest Highlands in Haukadalur Valley, are south of Gullfoss Waterfall and Langjökull Glacier in Southwest Iceland.
Geysir Hot Spring sometimes referred to as ‘The Great Geysir” (Spouting Hot Spring) is the namesake of all of the world’s geysers. The Great Geysir was the first geyser described in a printed source and the first known to modern Europeans.
Geysir Hot Spring is located in a highly geothermal active area, and while the mighty Geysir has stopped spouting, another magnificent geyser named Strokkur, only 50 meters away, erupts every few minutes, hurling boiling water up to as high as 50 meters, a truly unforgettable sight.
