We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 15 days or less before event

Please note that landing is not guaranteed at the eruption site, this will depend on weather conditions and restrictions in the area, but we will give you the best viewing experience from the air.
All our flights are weather dependent and we have to abide by the rules and regulations set in place by the Department of Civil Protection and Emergency Management.
Please keep in mind that eruptions are an event of nature and it may or may not be active at the time of your tour.
After submitting the booking we will inform you about the exact starting time for the tour.
We will ask for additional information. If you can kindly provide us your phone number, email and approx. weight on each passenger.
