Heli-Happy Hour This round trip to a nearby mountain takes in breath-taking views of Reykjavik as you overfly the city and land on one of the table top mountains.
Details
On this tour you will see colorful and charming dollhouse roofs, the neighboring towns and the surrounding countryside with extensive lava fields, reminding us of the true volcanic nature of Iceland. After a thrilling helicopter ride we land on one of the summits surrounding the city for the photo opportunity of a life-time. We pop up a bottle of sparkling wine while enjoying the scenic views of the coastal plain panorama, the cityscape of Reykjavik and distant mountains. Length of tour: 30-50 minutes (15-20 minutes flying time and 20-30 minutes on a mountain top).
What's included?
15-20 minute guided helicopter tour with a 20-30 minute landing on a mountain summit and some bubbly to enjoy up there.
What do I need to bring?
We recommend that you wear good shoes, warm jacket, a hat and gloves. It does cold not get cold inside the helicopter (similar to sitting in a car) but it can get cold and windy on Icelandic mountain tops. Also, don't forget your camera!
Cancellation policy
We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 3 days or less before event
We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 15 days or less before event
